I usually look forward to these types news media articles but it's apparent that recently they are pre-written press releases, not interviews by staff writers, no questions, no answers, just cut & paste. example; FBI mentions searching for "salt & pepper" serial bandit...... He was arrested 3 weeks ago. They should know that and so should the Staff Crime Writer
Also the most basic question is NEVER asked nor addressed; What responsibilty does a public Bank have to protect customers and employees from being crime victims on Bank property. If they have none, just say so!.
