WHAT EVER HAPPENS TO BANK ROBBERY VICTIMS?
Thousands of bank customers become innocent victims of Bank Robbers every year, forced to lay on the floor with a gun to their head, Personal property; purse, wallet. ID, credit cards, car/ house keys, cash, check book, rings, jewelry etc. forceable taken, many times customers are assaulted or worse and all prime candidates for Post Trauma Stress (PTS). Before you sign a release of liability form handed to you by the bank manager (while you are still in shock) you should consider consulting a professional, accredited 'Crime Victim Attorney' for sound legal advice or your local Crime Victims Organization plus remember both State and Federal "Crime Victims Compensation Program", the police have these forms available for crime victims. Worse Case Scenario; the Bank Robbers now have your home address AND your house keys among other things, refuse to sign anything until you get legal advice.
Be sure you ask the Police Officer or FBI Agent when you, the victim, can obtain a copy of the police report before it's stamped 'Confidential' by the bank.

FRUITA, Colo. (KJCT) -- Fruita Police are responding to US Bank on 412 Kokopelli Blvd in Fruita on reports of a bank robbery.
Initial reports suggest a man walked into the bank, grabbed a female employee out of her office and pushed her to the floor. We also believe he may have told tellers that he had a bomb in a duffel bag.
He is described as 6 ft. wearing a black sweatshirt and light blue jeans, according to initial reports.
It's unknown what direction he fled or it he remains in the area.
